Bio-based raw materials for Sustainable Manufacturing

Sustainable Bio-based Production

The name “Sawubona Mycelium” has a deeper meaning for our company. Sawubona means “I see you”, “I recognize you”. At Sawubona Mycelium we recognize the power of microorganisms to transform the future of manufacturing to that of sustainable and responsible manufacturing.

We are harnessing the power of biology and fermentation, to re-imagine the future and re-work how we manufacture in a more sustainable way. We enable this future by producing bio-based ingredients that have application in pharma, cosmetics, food and material alternatives.
